Get Sustainable With INSITE® EcoComfort® Foam
INSITE® EcoComfort® foams are made with up to 70% plant-based content – the highest level of bio content on the insole market today. But we go beyond using sustainable materials. Through our partnership with Susterra®, which facilitates the Truterra® program, our plant-based materials are sourced and processed responsibly, resulting in cradle-to-gate sustainability benefits.
Susterra sources U.S. dent corn through regenerative agriculture practices supported by the Truterra program.
The dent corn is made into Susterra bio-propanediol, which 
is used to create our insole 
foam materials.
Susterra biopropanediol replaces some of the main petrochemical ingredients in traditional polyurethane, saving carbon emissions and non-renewable energy use.Â
Our own manufacturing practices, such as using solution-dyed textiles and poured PU, further reduce manufacturing and natural resource waste.Â
