• Core Comfort – Footwear foams that balance softness and support for all-day relief
• Active Comfort – Foams that provide firm support and high energy return for athletic performance
• Relaxed Comfort – Foams that offer extra soft, luxurious cushioning for ultimate rest and relaxation

With this new system, you can easily find the right type of foam to match your footwear category. We’ll even send you all the foams we have in a particular series – just ask!

New Catalog Format

We’ve made it easier to customize and engage with our catalog, thanks to our new promo pack format. Each pack contains a large foam swatch, a printed tech sheet, and a QR code for the digital version. Request each promo pack individually, or we’ll send you multiple packs with a box sleeve to help keep them organized in your material library. No more lugging around one bulky catalog: take only what you need!

New High Rebound Formulas

When it comes to rebound, the sky’s the limit. The FW28 catalog features some of the best foams we’ve produced in the last three years, but it also breaks new ground for high rebound materials:

• Levation™ Rebound Poured PU – Levation Rebound Poured PU pushes the boundaries of poured PU with low density, shape retention, and 50%+ energy return. Comfortable, lightweight and durable, this foam is great for footwear that demands cushioning across different activities and terrains.
• Pulsion® Ignite ETPU – The first expansion of our Pulsion range beyond EVA, Pulsion Ignite is a durable, super high energy return ETPU formula. It uses compression molded, air-filled TPU beads to deliver explosive forward momentum, ideal for lightweight athletic footwear.
